2024 New Year Challenges

This is a New Year. A new beginning. Most of us take this opportunity to assess the past year: What went well, what didn’t go so well, and what was achieved and what didn’t. Then based on this self-evaluation, we make resolutions for this new year. However, COVID-19 is predicted to become an endemic disease by many experts, so this year instead of making New Year’s Resolutions, challenge yourself to increase your level of self-care.
